* The price of the apartment includes: water supply, electricity, cooking and heating energy supply, warm water, change of whitewear in rooms and bathroom.
* During the use of the apartment, you are obligated to maintain the order and cleanliness of the same.
* The host will replace the bedding and towels every three days. The guests are entrusted the. key of the apartment, which they must keep and take care of locking the apartment because the owners will not bear responsibility for theft and negligence.
* The host has no right to enter the apartment without prior announcement and permission, unless they have doubt there is imminent danger to the facility or assets.
* It is not allowed to carry in weapons, narcotics or other dangerous and inflammable items.
* Smoking is not allowed (except an the terace), under condition that fire prevention measures have been taken for own safety.
* Time from 22 - 7 o’clock is time of night peace, so we are kindly asking you not to disturb the neighbours. * We are kindly asking you not to bring pets without prior agreement.
* A guest who causes breakdown or damage on the property shall have to compensate for the same in full amount.
* Should you decide to end your agreed stay earlier, you will be required to pay for full reservation.
* Guests must disconnect all appliances when leaving the apartment.
* The owner of the apartment will not bear any responsibility for possible disappearance of guest‘s things or valuables.
